Confirmation: receive order confirmation via email The order is considered completed upon payment confirmation. The sales contract is governed by Italian law.

giansanto_ offers the possibility to pre-order products before their physical availability. Specific conditions for pre-orders: - Full payment is made at the time of pre-order - The estimated shipping date is indicated on the product page - In case of production delays, the customer will be promptly informed via email - The customer may cancel the pre-order and obtain a full refund at any time before shipping - The 14-day withdrawal right starts from the actual delivery date, not the pre-order date - The selected piece is reserved upon payment confirmation

All prices shown on the site are in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT according to current Italian regulations. The price applied is the one in effect at the time of order confirmation. giansanto_ reserves the right to modify prices at any time, without affecting already confirmed orders. For business customers with a valid intra-EU VAT number, the reverse charge mechanism applies. For extra-EU orders, VAT is not applied; any customs duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

In case of lost packages, giansanto_ commits to collaborating with the courier for resolution.

In accordance with Articles 52-59 of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without providing any reason. To exercise the right of withdrawal: 1. Send written notice to: [email protected] within 14 days of receipt 2. Include in the email: order number, full name, reason for return (optional) 3. Wait for confirmation and return shipping instructions 4. Return the product within 14 days of the withdrawal notice Return conditions: - The product must be returned intact, unworn and unwashed - The NFC tag must be intact and undamaged - Original packaging must be included - The garment must be in the same condition as received Important note: the NFC tag is an integral part of the product. Removal or damage of the NFC tag invalidates the right of withdrawal, as the product can no longer be considered intact.

Once the return is received and verified, the refund will be processed within 14 business days. Refund details: - The refund is made using the same payment method as the purchase - The refunded amount includes the product price - Original shipping costs are refunded only if the return is due to a product defect - Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer, unless otherwise agreed In case of a damaged or defective product received, return shipping costs are covered by giansanto_.

Attach photos of the defect or damage 3. giansanto_ will arrange replacement or full refund 4. Shipping costs for the return and new shipment are covered by giansanto_ The replacement product will be shipped within 5 business days of receiving the return.
