No, you don't need any app. Verification works directly from your smartphone's browser. It is compatible with iPhone XS or later and most Android smartphones with NFC enabled.

Each t-shirt is linked to an ERC-721 token (NFT) on the Polygon blockchain. The NFT contains the garment's metadata (serial number, color, size, production date) and provides immutable proof of authenticity and ownership verifiable on Polygonscan.

No. Unlike standard NFC tags or QR codes, the NTAG 424 DNA chip uses AES-128 encryption with the SUN/SDM protocol. Each scan generates a different cryptographic signature with a progressive counter. It is physically impossible to clone the chip without the secret cryptographic key.

An authentic verification page shows: (1) a real-time clock, (2) a counter that increases with each scan, (3) scan geolocation, (4) a dynamic QR code that expires after 60 seconds. If the counter does not increase between two consecutive scans, the page may be a fake static copy.

Once the return is received and verified, the refund is processed within 14 business days to the same payment method used for the purchase. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective.

Yes. From the verification page (scan the NFC chip), the current owner can generate a 6-character transfer code. Share this code with the new owner, who will enter it on the same verification page to complete the transfer. The entire ownership chain remains tracked and visible.

The transfer on the website registers ownership in our digital system. If the new owner has a crypto wallet and wishes to also receive the NFT on the Polygon blockchain, they can contact [email protected] to request the NFT transfer. A wallet is not required to enjoy all authentication and ownership features.
